Touring Information:
From East/North: Go by motorway “Autobahn A 7“ up to exit Hamburg-Heimfeld; then
directly on to B 73 through Hamburg-Harburg, passing by Buxtehude, Stade as far as station "“Wingst“
(Hotel Peters). Then turn left into the “Molkereistrasse" straight to Hotel “Waldschlösschen“.
From South/West go by motorway “Autobahn A 1“ up to intersection Bremer Kreuz, then take
A 27 for Bremerhaven/Cuxhaven direction. When in Cuxhaven (end of motorway) turn right at the roundabout and on
to the B 73 as far as station “Wingst“ (Hotel Peters). Before station, turn right into the “Molkereistrasse“
straight to Hotel “Waldschlösschen“.
These are the most easiest ways to go, although shorter routes exist.
Arriving by Hamburg-
Hauptbahnhof (Hamburg main station) - take train for Cuxhaven and stop by Wingst.
Arriving by Flughafen Hamburg.
(Hamburg airport) - take shuttle express bus there ( 5 € )
for Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (Hamburg main station). Continue as for journey by train.
Arriving at landing pier – take shuttle bus for Cuxhaven
Bahnhof (Cuxhaven station).
Take train there for Hamburg (you’ ll reach Wingst within approx. 30 minutes). From the UK
Cuxhaven can be easily reached by the ferry boat Harwich-Cuxhaven.
